British School of Bucharest School Life
At the British School of Bucharest, our pupils enjoy a friendly, warm, caring and highly supportive international school environment, where they can develop socially and academically. As an international school, we understand how important it is to create and encourage a sense of community, and this is why, at the British School of Bucharest, school life is enhanced by a strong community feeling. For our pupils, this means spending time with people from different nationalities and cultures and learning the importance of valuing everyone as an equal.
High-quality lessons, given by native English-speaking teachers, are complemented by a wide variety of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for pupils to experience and enjoy. Every pupil will find many opportunities to learn new skills and get involved in activities that could become lifelong passions. We wholeheartedly encourage our pupils to enhance their school life through the co-curricular and extra-curricular program, whether their preference is for sporting activities, arts and crafts, or educational development. At BSB, we always put on a full calendar of events.
The British School of Bucharest school life balances time spent on our beautiful campus with fascinating trips to add the component of discovery to children's development. This variety within a school day and week keeps students engaged and ignites interests in the wider world. Learning and discovery happen both inside and outside the classroom. Here at BSB, we make sure our pupils have plenty of opportunities to do just that.
